Moonshot is an elite network of Asian diasporic leaders, athletes, and professionals in sports who believe in authentic connection, collective uplift, and long-term institution building. We celebrate each other’s wins, open doors, and contribute to a trusted network rooted in excellence and generosity. Moonshot exists to increase representation, strengthen leadership pipelines, and build an enduring, intergenerational community in sports.

Who We Welcome
We consider the whole person — not just titles, but trajectory, character, and impact. Leadership paths are not always linear. We value builders, bridge-makers, culture shapers, and those expanding visibility for the Asian diaspora in sports.

To Qualify, Members Should Demonstrate:

• Two or more (2+) years of professional or elite sports experience, with a clear path toward leadership or impact (exceptions may apply)
• Evidence of impact, such as promotions, ventures, awards, creative work, advocacy, or meaningful community contributions

• Willingness to mentor, share opportunities, and lead gatherings or initiatives, as well as actively engage fellow members

• Values aligned with integrity, discretion, and respect for the diversity of Asian identities and experiences (including race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, etc)
