Moonshot (Meet Moonshot, LLC) is a community platform built to elevate Asian and diasporic professionals and athletes across the global sports industry.

Rooted in the belief that representation alone is not enough, Moonshot exists to create real access, meaningful connection, and long-term pathways to leadership. It was founded in response to a persistent gap where talent, ambition, and passion within the Asian diaspora have not always been matched with visibility, opportunity, or support. Inspired by the impact of employee resource groups yet built independently of any single organization, Moonshot operates as a “third space”—a place beyond the workplace or home where honest conversations happen, relationships are built, and careers are actively shaped.

Our work centers on four core pillars:

• Culture that amplifies stories and research to reshape how the industry sees and values Asian identity

• Community that connects and mobilizes a powerful network

• Career access to resources, mentorship, and decision-making spaces

• Commercial opportunities to provide visibility and support to rising professional athletes

Through curated gatherings, mentorship and sponsorship pathways, and an athlete accelerator program, Moonshot equips its members with the tools, relationships, and visibility needed to move forward with intention. We are building a collective of professionals, athletes, and industry leaders who are not just participating in sport, but actively redefining it.
