Who We Are

Moonshot (Meet Moonshot, LLC) is a USA-based community built to elevate Asian and diasporic professionals and athletes across the global sports industry. Rooted in the belief that representation alone is not enough, Moonshot exists to create real access, meaningful connection, and long-term pathways to leadership. It was founded in response to a persistent gap where talent, ambition, and passion within the Asian diaspora have not always been matched with visibility, opportunity, or support. Inspired by the impact of employee resource groups yet built independently of any single organization, Moonshot operates as a “third space”—a place beyond the workplace or home where honest conversations happen, relationships are built, and careers are actively shaped.
